We are an authorized reseller not a manufacturer and so not warranty products directly. but, as trusted resellers, and aircraft owners, we collaborate with the manufacturers like STC Group LLC, Trio Avionics Inc, Garmin Avionics, uAvionix, and Aspen Avionics to ensure you receive reliable support and service. Our objective is to provide clarity and transparency, allowing you to shop with assurance knowing your purchases are protected.

STC Group LLC offers a comprehensive limited warranty for their installation kits manufactured under FAA STC SA04230CHTC are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for the earlier of 3 years or 400 flight hours from the date of purchase and 6 months or 200 flight hours for factory repaired or newly-overhauled products exchanged through The STC Group LLC or its authorized dealers or vendors.
IAll returns of installation kits must be pre-approved. All returned items must be new and never installed with no scratches or other indicia of use or mishandling. No refund will be paid until returned items are received by the STC Group and confirmed to be in new and unused condition. All returns are subject to a five percent (5%) re-stocking fee. Returns more than ninety (90) days after the delivery to a common carrier or the US Post Office for shipment to the customer are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. The STC Group reserves the right to refuse to accept returns of items more than six (6) months after shipment to the customer or to impose a re-stocking fee greater than 15% for such late returns.
